Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
This project is essential because it is a multi-stakeholder project that also involves the owners of the farms directly, and allows them to see that their protection actions have a local and global impact by contributing directly to the ecosystem services that their properties provide, this allows not only to give value to these services but also to the forest as a source of goods and services. These forest owners and the surrounding communities will never see the forest with the same eyes again, but their perspective will change and they will give it the value and place that these areas deserve in the generation of social, environmental and economic impact.
