Our point of contact in Myanmar is a core group of 4 people in Yangon. An established electrical contractor (sole trader) plus his daughter( 24 y/o electronic engineer, a 24 y/o female mechanical engineer and a 24 y/o female accountant). We support this group with equipment, money and our personal contact as they engage with the 18 y/o females in a rural village - Pan Nyo. We show people how to build, operate and monitor their battery based energy systems. We empower people with knowledge and we focus on working with women.
