We started as a student research group looking at replacing fertilizer with natural soil from ponds in central India, and realized there was a larger problem to work on in the region. We come from farming backgrounds and are interested in tech and agriculture. Our passion is providing farmers with the best information to help them be productive. and environmentally sustainable.

Keeping farmers employed, successful, and moving towards a sustainable farming culture is our passion. High risk, low yield farming drives farmers into debt, to suicide, or to relocate to cities. We believe technology can change farming practices with smarter, greener decisions that will help reduce input costs, improve yields, and lower carbon emissions. We hire mainly female field managers and support transparent and inclusive hiring and management techniques. Our goal is to help those who are at high risk in agriculture, and in turn help their families gain social mobility and access.
