Project Summary / Description:

As follow-on to Francis Jeffrey's [@SeaAirCO2] many years of work with his senior colleague #John_C_Lilly, MD-- he, with Janine Gonsenhauser [@CircularSea] and Sir #Arthur_C_Clarke went from collaborations (incl. w/Donald J White, #EarthTrust, Cetacean Society International, et al.) studying & protecting #Dolphins & [other] #Whales --upon studying data published & realizing all #cetaceans were doomed b/c the #oceans were dying from general pollution, exacerbated by CO2 now added annually to the seas at rate equivalent to ~1/3 of (+)2 ppm or (+)3 ppm/yr increase in the atmosphere: & so formed the #SeaAirCO2 concept, & initiated the first #Circular_Sea demonstration project in partnership with two island nations giving access to ~1/2 M sqMi of surface (& with an IGO/#UNCLOS).

Founded by a completely gender-diverse group (although a smallish sample) who were brought together by keen interest in interspecies communications, we would welcome everyone who participates effectively, while improving the World-habitat & resource situation in a way that reduces the disadvantagement & endangerment of those already disadvantaged & endangered. 
Since we don't have a lot of money, any more, this project will greatly improve ECONOMIC DIVERSITY by un-disadvantaging a team that has been quite under-resourced, following disasters while pioneering difficult & dangerous work that needs to be done.
