The "seed" for the company is rooted in my 2017 undergraduate thesis that began as an investigation into the failures of Six Sigma projects. It grew in scope over three years to explore the macroeconomic, cultural, and climatic impact of operational excellence initiatives.

Founded in 2020 in Chicago as a DE S-Corp with a natively remote and globally distributed team. Pending C-Corp conversion.

Climastry Ltd was founded in 2022 in Cambridge, UK and was subsequently awarded grant funding.

Restructuring is on the seed round agenda. This process will form a parent and other subsidiaries for hedging, securities, and debt issuance specialization.

Replaces/avoids GHGs (e.g., projects that replace sources of GHGs, such as the burning of fossil fuels for electricity, heat, transport, or other energy uses), Reduces GHGs (e.g., projects that reduce sources of GHGs, such as through efficiency or other changes in consumption), Removes/stores GHGs (e.g., projects that capture, sequester, or otherwise enhance the "sinks" that accumulate and store GHGs)

This project empowers traditionally underrepresented populations in the climate movement first, because it is built by them.

The product empowers these communities further by making them users. We achieve this a few ways. First our company is designed to function for SMEs to the extent that our statistical methodology is made redundant by sensor & IoT deployments.

This means that smaller, relatively less mature organizations and their employees that are generally located in more economically fragile communities are primary users. These users are also disproportionately in communities located at the boundaries of the built and natural environments where material gains in biodiversity regeneration are easier and climate related risks can be greater.

We're Climastry and we pay manufacturers for decarbonizing. 

We're a sustainability governance platform built for manufacturers like an Asana for manufacturer sustainability projects, that allows engineers to emissions model efficiently with something we call CarbonCAD‚Ñ¢.

We securitize net-zero projects to provide asset-backed carbon credits that are then brought to the voluntary carbon market (VCM).

We are active in the US and UK with an EU deployment planned for this year.
