Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
ComSciCon is an inclusive organization committed to enabling students to engage with its programming regardless of economic level, gender, race, sexual orientation, or other demographic or identity status. To enable students of different economic levels to participate, ComSciCon raises funds to keep its events free of charge for students and to comprehensively support travel costs for attendees of its Flagship events. Since its founding, ComSciCon has attracted a substantial majority of female applicants to its programs and achieved a female-majority or gender balance in both its leadership structure and event attendance.
