As an environmentally conscious person, it is very frustrating to see the inaction of your friends and family. In order to reduce your personal CO2 footprint can be very hard and frustrating, while large reductions in CO2 emissions can be more easy for people you know. From this insight, Duscan was born. We want to empower environmentally conscious people to speak up and make a change in their family and municipality. In this manner, we want to activate bottom up action against climate change. We are four engineers, highly motivated to make a big change!

Mission Statement:
Duscan wants to bring a sustainability scan to every household in the world! In a sustainability scan, we aim to change consumer behavior in all fields relevant to climate change: heating, electricity, daily transport, travelling, food and shopping. For each field, the recipient of the scan receives information on how they can reduce their impact, but also on how it can save them money or improve their health. During these scans, we notice that people take one to three major steps, reducing their households CO2 emission with about one ton per year.
