Project Summary / Description:
To demonstrate and fine tune our offgrid microgrid solution that can deliver 100% clean energy to the developing world at up to 75% cheaper than current technology solutions. The demonstration is at our office complex but to be able to be then be used in the developing world through our Master Licensees We will shortly begin working with the Microsoft‚ Climate Innovation Fund in APAC through our Master Licensee. - Our licensee will build offgrid microgrids using our technology to deliver up to 75% cheaper clean energy to disadvantaged communities that the Fund will finance through Seacef
How Project Affects Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions:
Replaces diesel GEN Sets and kerosene along with replacing the need for cola or gas power stations Using our office campus as an example as being representative of a developing world village installation: 100 Million villages x .15 CO2 tonnes per year = 15 Million tonnes per year of CO2 offset (very low as diesel GEN Sets have a much higher GHG impact)

Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
Once deployed in the developing world we will do so by educating and using local people to build and operate the microgrids. That is the operating ethos of our Master Licensee in APAC. The other benefits is by providing 24 x 7 reliable clean energy the villages can prosper: - Children can read and learn at night to enhance their education. Plus, even have computers and online / remote learning sessions - Villagers will have energy to start micro businesses - Villagers will have energy to process their farm goods to be able to value add and earn more - Villagers will have energy to refrigerate and store goods like medical supplies and farm produce - Villagers will have energy to pump water for irrigation and to desalinate and clean the water for drinking / cooking
