Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
GoParity's impact is measured through the impact of GoParity's funded projects and direct actions. With more than 10,000 users, GoParity has 73 financing campaigns, of which 18 projects were implemented in non-profit institutions, 5 in startups, 4 in rural cooperatives and 32 in companies or societies (factories, private school, ecotourism, coworking, companies selling totally sustainable products and companies that changed their transport by energy transport, among others). Regarding the impact of the financed projects, GoParity, together with the promoters of the same project, performs the measurement of its impact and throughout the financing period, it continues to monitor it. Through the financed projects, more than 40,000 people were positively impacted (including: +1300 small and rural producers, +800 in situations of social and economic vulnerability, +700 students with sustainability issues in their educational plans, 20000 students from Portuguese schools who had access to an innovative program of inclusion, active participation and improvement of school performance, +600 elderly people living in nursing homes or beneficiaries of day care, 5000 children from rural Uganda with access to milk, among others). In relation to gender equality, 247 women occupy leadership positions in the funded projects and 280 had their working conditions with more quality and were the target of empowerment programs. Regarding the direct impact of GoParity, about 20% of investors are women and, in the promoters, more than 9 women occupy leadership positions. At the same time, we regularly participate in events in schools and others for young people, with the themes of investment and impact economy, sustainability and renewable energy.
