HCE‚ EV program is open all members and provides electric vehicle equipment and monthly billing to any interested member in good standing (no delinquent payments with the past twelve months). We also offer a Community Charging Program to help all EV users with access to and the financial cost of installing and maintaining public EVSE.

Mission Statement:
To incentivize and aid in EV use, HCE‚ financing tariff helps with the initial costs of installing of EV charging infrastructure. With this program, coupled with HCE‚ mission to provide 70% renewable energy by 2030, HCE stands poised to wholly transform our local transportation landscape and reduce Green House Gas (GHG) emissions in this area.
