Project Summary / Description:

First, to build zero-fuel solar greenhouses with glass windows instead of translucent plastic sheeting. Our West Greenwich solar greenhouse is off-grid too. Second, to store solar heat effectively. Next, to move stored heat with a heat pump to heat almost any building on demand. Our targets are absolutely zero fuel for greenhouses and 90% fuel displacement plus 10% grid electricity for heating buildings in Rhode Island. We‚ re successfully solving a trillion dollar energy problem.
