Project Summary / Description:
Blue Carbon Lab aims to identify, qualify and certify carbon sequestration in exclusive economic zones through water and biomass of costal areas. The project is formed as a fully-owned R&D subsidiary to NOAH ReGen and will be based in France as a "Jeune Entreprise Innovante". This project holds a paramount importance in NOAH ReGen's ecosystem to: create financial tools to attract investment in blue economy decentralize and connect investments to transition economy offer certified, secure, transparent and incorruptible measuring tools to track investments' impact by blockchain technology. The project was founded on 2019 by Fredric Degret.

Blue Carbon Lab will help empower climate vulnerable communities by financing job opportunities and sustainable growth in underprivileged geographical areas. Not only our project would benefit impoverished populations by creating thousands of new jobs, but it would also initiate a sustainable economic dynamic preserving the environment and public health of local communities. In our team, we aim to achieve full parity between men and women employees with a 50/50 ratio dispatched in many countries (LATAM, Caribbean, Europe).
