Project Summary / Description:

2015: We defined the paint points for urban commuters and drivers, through speaking to 200 of them to better understand their daily frustrations. This allowed us to gain insight on how to develop and position our mobile wallet in a mature market with competitor mobile money solutions. It provided valuable feedback helping us to design the customer mobile application. 
2016: The development of the e-warren mobile application took place and the signature of the partnership agreements with banks. 
2017: We started the deployment of the e-warren solution as a fare collection system, focusing on the Abidjan w√¥r√¥-w√¥r√¥ drivers.

In 2020, Noveex will have the opportunity to hire 6 highly skilled African individuals (i.e. software engineers, web developer, marketing and communication specialist, secretary) that will be selected based on their past experience and on their willingness to be part of an exciting company and project. The gender balance will be monitored, to reach 50% male and 50% female in the team. It will be regularly assessed as a key KPI of the Noveex company. No form of discrimination will be taking place internally.
