Mission Statement:

We're developing a way to make protein for the 21st century.

Flora fermentation has been around for more than 40 years, but it's really only been used to make minor additives: enzymes, colors, flavors, and so on. Why aren't we making staple nutrition using this technology? 

Perfect Day is taking on this challenge. Starting with milk proteins (commercialized both into existing dairy supply chains, as well as plant-based alternative products), we are harnessing fermentation and biological engineering to develop a climate- and geography-agnostic, feedstock-flexible, capital-efficient, and sustainable way for the world of tomorrow to produce protein.
