You can't fix what you're not measuring. Persefoni AI is a ClimateTech, SaaS-based solution focused on Carbon Management & helping organizations better manage sustainability goals. Persefoni is the first software company to completely codify the GHG Protocol, and has Fortune 500 customers using its ERP-like platform to, in real-time, measure, plan, forecast, and report carbon footprints against multiple standards (like SASB & TCFD), all to maximize public and private sector decarbonization efforts. Founded in 2020, we are venture-backed, have 27 people on three continents, & are HQ'd in Tempe, Arizona.

First and foremost, 2/3 of Perserfoni's founders are people from this list, so to begin with, Persefoni serves as a model for what the leadership of the climate movement can be TODAY. 

It is perhaps not surprising, then, to learn that Persefoni takes this responsibility quite seriously, in its hiring, operations, and promotion strategies. 

For example, we are paying a premium, and investing more time (when time is critical), to ensure that we hire as many female engineers as possible. This is not an easy task, particularly for a startup software company racing to market, but it is critical to our founders that Persefoni lead in this regard.
