JUSTIFICATION OF THE PROJECT IDEA 
The demand for heat energy and hot water is growing every year. 
Power engineers provide most of the energy needs through the combustion of excavated fossil fuels (oil, gas and coal) and, in turn: 
- leads to the release of large quantities of pollutants into the atmosphere; 
- a global catastrophe - an increase in the greenhouse effect;
- the appearance of smog in cities (Bishkek, Osh, etc.) and in settlements. 
II. Disadvantages of using electric heaters:
- metals required;
- scale (sediment) is always present;
- it is not possible to save electricity, over time, electricity is consumed more;
- service will require specialists;
III. There is only one way to eliminate these shortcomings - this is the invention of new technological devices and their introduction into production.

The proposed electric heater, in comparison with all other electric heaters, saves 1.89 minimum) electrical energyes. 
Heat generator "EFI" - a new type of electric heaters. A heat generator with such advantages prolongs the time it takes to use the available reserve of fossil oil, gas and coal in the ground, saves electric energy and slows down the process of the greenhouse effect.
In connection with this, all the electric heaters currently used in the heating industry operate on the basis of the Joule Lenz law, unlike which the EFI heat generator works on the basis of electrophysical ionization (EFI).
The proposed electric heater in comparison with all other electric heaters save 1.8 times electric energy (minimum).
Using the "EFI" heat generator, it is possible to raise the temperatures of the incoming water in the pipe to the required temperature.
