Gender gaps are addressed by program exercises in-the-field that are designed by gender equity and equality experts. These exercises build awareness of growth opportunities related to power, privilege and responsibility. Climate resilience and adaptation awareness is an inherent quality of our digital platform (climate/crop modeling, field monitoring, etc.). Climate is also a keystone focus for our in-the-field agroforestry farmer training and community exercises with multiple modules for localized discussion and contextualized problem-solving.
