Project Summary / Description:

Reverion is a highly tech-driven climate company, spin-off from the Technical University of Munich.
Over the years, we have successfully developed and patented our novel micro power plants, that enable a highly flexible and efficient decentralized energy supply. The technology doubles the electricity production from biogas compared to state-of-the-art solutions. In the process, pure CO2, ready for storage, is separated, allowing negative CO2-emissions. Additionally, the plants can switch to gas generation (green H2 or CH4) and enable long-term energy storage.

Reverion was founded in March, 2022. Our first prototype has already been proved under real conditions and we are currently developing the first commercial units.

Reverion provides decentralized and independent sources of energy that can help empower communities who have been traditionally underrepresented in the climate movement.

By providing communities with access to decentralized and weather-independent energy sources, they can take control over their own energy supply and reduce their dependence on centralized utilities. This can lead to increased energy security, lower energy costs, and improved access to electricity, especially for those in rural and remote areas who are often marginalized and underrepresented in traditional energy systems.

In addition, by promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic development, Reverion can create new job opportunities, help to empower underrepresented communities and support the transition to a more sustainable energy future.

Mission Statement:

Our first region of operation is Germany (with half of the +19.000 European biogas plants). Eight months ago, we started collecting pre-order contracts from our potential customers and we are currently sold-out until 2025 (with German customers first). Our order book is growing at very rapid pace. We have already concrete requests from other European countries, as well as some requests from Asia and America, but we are not yet collecting pre-order contracts from them.
