Project Summary / Description:

The SYCA project was launched after identifying three specific demands from various economic actors. 
1. Agricultural sector 
Farmers commute long distances to go to the bank to collect cash money to pay for crops. 
2. Insurance & Microfinance sector 
People commute long distances to get to their insurance agency to pay their insurance premium and/or collect claims settlements. 
3. Private school sector 
Parents commute long distances to get to school in order to pay for their children‚ tuitions. 
We created SYCA XPRESS-an application that aggregates many digital services allowing citizens to digitally take care of all their administrative duties.

SYCA SAS is currently made of 20 talents with different nationalities, backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, political opinions etc. This diversity is taken very seriously by the founders as they constantly seek both equality and equity within the team. 
Among those 20 talents, there are 8 women. The objective of the HR director is to make sure to keep a certain balance within the team in terms of gender in the upcoming hiring campaign that will be launched in the next month. 10 local talents will be hired to prepare for the opening of the subsidiaries. Women are welcome! Please apply!
