Project Summary / Description:
During my doctorate itself I had keen interest in renewable energy technologies. When I submitted my thesis, my masters guide told me that there is a product development opportunity related to renewable energy storage. So, without hesitation I took that project and started working. We have started work on this product during July 2020.

Proper Utilization of renewable energy cannot be realized without a novel stationary battery technology. We are working on Iron Flow battery, an affordable, safe and sustainable battery technology for renewable energy sources. Our aim is to deploy 200MWh capacity of batteries. Say 1 kWh renewable energy project will reduce CO2 emission of 700 grams. So, we will be able to assist to reduce 140 tones of CO2 emissions in three years.
