Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
The r&d lab is woman owned. Though we are currently working with limited employees until our seed round closes, our business plan includes a proactive approach to hiring and developing underrepresented employees and leadership. Following even 50% of our projected 5 year revenue, we will be able to invest in the career education of young disadvantaged people, allowing Amy to return to her 20-year objective of leaving the world better than we found it through a more socially just education.
