Project Summary / Description:

In my youth I was more interested in sports and woodworking than the benefits of an academic education.
In my business career I have always been involved in Wood-based companies ranging from Canadian Forest products through IKEA and being a licensed California contractor.
My experiences during this time may be aware of the significance of the forest industry and the level of wasteful practices.
Trees were considered to be on unlimited quantities and their importance to climate changes were not taken seriously by most people.
Treecycling Inc. was formed in hopes of addressing this situation

Replaces/avoids GHGs (e.g., projects that replace sources of GHGs, such as the burning of fossil fuels for electricity, heat, transport, or other energy uses), Reduces GHGs (e.g., projects that reduce sources of GHGs, such as through efficiency or other changes in consumption), Removes/stores GHGs (e.g., projects that capture, sequester, or otherwise enhance the "sinks" that accumulate and store GHGs)

Politicians and large industries appear to be unable to make decisions on a timely basis with regard to climate change. Events such as COP meetings try to remedy this however nothing significant takes place in the short term.
Ultimately problems can become so obvious that taxes get assessed on vulnerable communities who have no option but to agree to them.
Treecycling has the potential to address the problem and to be implemented immediately, 2024.
The concept is so simple, easy to understand and be visible on a daily basis. Grooved wood studs and table legs not square.
Lower-priced lumber costs would be of benefit

In the Alternated Building magazine the editor commented that I Wood was the first significant improvement since the balloon framing system was developed to hundred years ago.
Since that time our research has shown that grooved lumber can contribute dramatically to the way that it may be possible to keep global warming down below the hoped-for 1.5%.
Treecycling benefits would be worldwide and not limited to any specific region.
In fact the benefits maybe even more significant in developing countries which are dependent on wood from most of their cooking and heating needs.
