Impact on Underrepresented Groups:
Climate Break has an explicit focus on climate solutions that benefit traditionally underrepresented communities, with interviews featuring women, people of color, youths, and other leaders from climate-vulnerable communities. Our production team members have extensive experience and research in reporting on these solutions and identifying suitable interviewees from affected communities. For example, recent shows have focused on climate solutions for disadvantaged communities near port facilities, youth activists from highly polluted communities, and technologies that can monitor community-level pollution and greenhouse gases.
