We currently employ two women full time (myself and Paola), pus contract our female engineer for institutional design and permitting processes. We empower those around us by acting as a model for regenerative development: building human and communal capacities, adaptive management, enhancing skills and education, broadening access to resources and services, facilitating knowledge sharing, and promoting equitable wealth (re)distribution—often not solely in monetary terms.
