Our project was created in informal settlements for start up farmers with no prior education in agriculture. It was founded by a black woman &led by three black women under the age of 24. Our job description model is built on disability inclusion which was designed by a member of our team who lives with a disability& has structured a lot of our policy &working structure based on his experience living with a disability, allowing us to hire as many people living with disability as possible once we create an eco friendly plant. Our project aims to decrease food insecurity by changing soil preparation systems from mining unsustainably to recycling waste materials and using those nutrients while decreasing waste that ends up in local dumps.

Mission Statement:

Reversing effects of Soil degradation organically to increase food security in Africa and decrease the carbon footprint of mining nutrients in agricultural soil preparation by recycling biowaste and using it instead.
