Our project actively addresses social and gender inequalities in the climate movement. Approximately 51% of our 40 permanent workforce comprises women, and 75% of our training programs at our facilities target youth, providing them with essential skills in Black Soldier Fly farming, sustainable agriculture, and technology adoption. To date, we've empowered over 1,560 women and youth, breaking down barriers that have traditionally excluded them from the climate discourse. Our innovative approach has transformed 60,800 tons of waste into organic fertilizers, boosting farmers' yields while alleviating hunger, produced 350,000 kgs of livestock feeds, eliminated 300 kgs of emissions daily, and created new supply chains of food providing ready markets and convenient shopping for farmers and consumers, respectively. Additionally, our AI-powered digital platform ensures fair representation and market access for over 2,800 smallholder farmers, including those from climate-vulnerable communities. Through these efforts, we've taken tangible steps to create a more inclusive and representative climate movement, harnessing the collective power of diverse perspectives and experiences.
