In addressing social impact, AkoFresh recruits and trains young women in renewable energy installation and maintenance within each community. These empowered women subsequently assume roles as storage center managers, actively contributing to the upkeep and operation of our technology. We prioritize providing a secure and hospitable work environment, recognizing the importance of fostering positive working conditions.

Through our 'train the trainer' sustainable training approach, we've observed an 80% increase in the efficiency of 25 farmers in each community. This has led to a reduction in water usage and soil depletion, contributing to sustainable agricultural practices and environmental preservation.
