Anodyne Chemistries is a female founded company and believes that impactful innovation is only possible when you bring together a diverse group of voices and ideas. By hiring and shining a spotlight on the endeavours of people from all walks of life, who are passionate about tackling the climate crisis, we aim to reduce barriers to entry, encourage others to join the field, and demonstrate that clarity of purpose can be a unifying force.

Beyond our commitments to hiring equitably, we also believe in highlighting the endeavours of young people in climate technology. We recognise that young people’s voices are often underrepresented in the leadership of the climate movement and so believe strongly in hiring and promoting students. This approach allows young people to learn new skills and grow in a supportive and encouraging environment. Because we are a small company, their voices carry weight as the whole team is involved in decision making processes. As such, there is a strong youth voice within the company and young people are actively involved in determining the direction of this climate positive company.
