Ayolo Farmers and Training Consults Limited will use a gender transformative approach that will aim to create lasting and systemic change by challenging and transforming the underlying structures that perpetuate gender inequality in all communities that we will work with. We will recognize the interconnectedness of various social factors and seeks to create a more just and equitable project for all genders. Our training Programs will incorporate a gender-sensitive approach, challenging stereotypes and promoting equality through promotion of female role models as champion farmers and highlight and celebrate the achievements of women and gender minorities in the context of permaculture and sustainable Agriculture.
