Our project is 100% youth. Cofounders and operation team are all under 30 years old. Colombia is a country marred by inequality and lack of opportunities of social mobility for low-income communities. We have centered our hiring on young students from public institutions and underserved sectors of our city, Medellín. We incentivize them to continue pursuing their professional degrees and pay a salary higher than the minimum wage, aiming for them to better provide for their families and grow together with us. We also benefit climate vulnerable communities by centering large part of our projects on off-grid installations in rural communities that lack access to energy.  Our product characteristics allow us to address a pressing issue in Colombia: about 400,000 people live without access to electricity. By installing energy storage, we make them more resilient and improve their quality of life.
