•	Our project has employed mostly women and youths, thereby, financially empowering the local community
•	The project also sustainably tackles farmer poverty by purchasing used coconut wastes from some farmers. The majority of smallholder coconut farmers currently live below the poverty line due to shrinking annual income. 
•	Our project also reduces the risks of the vulnerable communities from contracting diseases, such as cancer associated with environmental pollution due to CO2 being released due to deforestation. This improves their well-being and reduces their costs associated with medical treatment.
