From our founding, we have valued building a culture that empowers those who are typically underrepresented. We believe that culture starts from the beginning and are a true embodiment of that. We are a team of three. Our CEO and co-founder is a female, our CTO and co-founder is a member of the LGBTQ community and is 29 years old, and lastly our research associate is a female, a member of the LGBTQ community and is also 23 years old. By starting with people who might not always have a voice, we can continue to empower each other and break down the glass ceiling that was imposed on us.
