India has the untapped potential for skilled artisans. We use their generational know-how to solve new-age problems like air pollution which has been only tried to solve through technology. This is achieved through our core principle of Craft against Climate Change, which aimed to develop craft-based environmentally conscious products to enable every consumer to take climate action.

CarbonCraft is an artisan driven, semi-mechanised Carbon Capture Utilisation-based startup, that employs a 200-year-old handcrafting terrazzo tile technique. Our current strength of artisans is 5, we envision onboarding and training 15 artisans from diverse communities.
We aim to showcase their craftsmanship to a broader audience by empowering the local craftsmen to solve the global problem of Climate Change through upskilling training.

Mission Statement:

CarbonCraft’s mission is to build cleaner cities by building 1 Million Carbon-negative homes by 2035 to mitigate air pollution and climate change at scale. The ultimate mission is to build carbon-negative products and empower local artisans while creating an environmental impact with social inclusivity.
