Carbon Upcycling (CU) is a firm believer in diversity, equality, and inclusion. Our CEO is a visible minority, and 30% of of our female are in the senior management roles. CU is a rapidly growing company. Since January 2023, we have hired 15 FTE employees. Of those, 8 are are considered traditionally underrepresented groups. Once we are fully commissioned we will hire local operators to manage our technology in Ontario that will follow our current hiring practices and our DEI mandates.
