Climatenza's impact on social metrics, particularly in job creation and shared economic prosperity, has been both significant and transformative.

1. Jobs Created and People Employed:

Our projects, notably with TATA Chemicals, Coca-Cola, and other collaborations, have created over 520+ jobs, with over 485 positions in installation alone. 

This includes direct employment within Climatenza for Engineering, development, and operational roles, as well as indirect employment in associated industries and supply chains.

2. Shared Economic Prosperity:

One of the most significant impacts has been the increase in income for those employed through our projects. On average, individuals involved, especially in installation and maintenance roles, have seen their income increase by approximately 200% compared to their previous earnings.

This increase in income is not merely a financial boost but a catalyst for broader community development. It enables better access to education, and improved living standards, contributing to the overall upliftment of the communities.

Climatenza's focus on decarbonizing heat in industrial applications is inherently tied to our mission to help Industries achieve Net Zero targets. By harnessing solar thermal energy, Climatenza aims to cover a significant portion (40%) of the industrial heat demand. Our focus is to increase Solar heat Globally.
