Our unique form of employee activism often draws from a group of constituents (ex. Tech knowledge workers) who feel more secure in their jobs and able to speak up in the workplace. These advocates are frequently young people (Gen Z & Millennials) who are very passionate about climate action and insist on climate justice. Our educational and engagement efforts enlist these voices in the forms of youth panels hosted on Instagram Live, activist spotlights featured on our LinkedIn ClimateVoices series (https://climatevoice.org/climatevoices), and advisory board members representing student and indigenous communities. 

Additionally, we believe companies should speak up and be allies for climate justice, and ClimateVoice is committed to amplifying this call to action (https://www.greenbiz.com/article/how-companies-become-allies-environmental-justice). In 2024, we are expanding our policy work to strengthen our partnerships with climate justice organizations with the goal of mobilizing support for key climate justice policy priorities.
