We are a small, part-time team of women. We work closely with community leaders across cultures and geographies. Many of our partners are also women, who are compelled to organize their communities toward climate action through arts experiences, emotional connection, and values-based communications. Justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) is embedded in our DNA and demonstrated through our global partnerships and the diversity of the stories we share. Curatorial decisions about the material that is shared through our installations, talks, workshops, and social media channels emphasize the stories of those who are marginalized or under-represented within the climate movement. We take great care to ensure that our partnerships create platforms for authentic community engagement by being relevant, responsive, and co-created with trusted messengers. We are committed to offering free resources, coaching, and programming to community-based organizations and educators.
