SuscirBricks by De-Rabacon Plastics stands as a beacon of inclusivity and empowerment within the climate movement. We do this by actively engaging and providing opportunities for women, youth, and indigenous populations, through sustainable job creation, training, and provision of start-up capital for the top beneficiaries of our training. We empower individuals to become active participants in climate action, while simultaneously addressing social and economic disparities, this has generated over $70,000 for the local community while recovering over 150,000 tonnes of plastic waste. By repurposing plastic waste into durable building materials, they not only mitigate environmental harm but also provide affordable housing solutions for their selves and their families, contributing to the resilience and well-being of the community and environs.
