Empowerment: 1) identification of the traditionally underrepresented, 2) communication of the project’s social, environmental, and economic benefits, 3) risk assessment for experts’ reviews, 4) community engagements in project planning, 5) tailored comprehensive plan for the local community, including the traditionally underrepresented, and 6) maintained communication for accountability and transparency, including key project metrics in the periodic reporting and more detailed data benefiting the public upon request.
