Ecorich Solutions Limited has embraced diversity and inclusivity in its organizational structure. The Founder/CEO (Joyce Rugano) is a woman. 4 out of the 6 team members are women making almost 70%. We have empowered 300 young men and women in our organic waste to fertilizer recycling process from collection to recycling. Currently, 124 women have been empowered through the construction of vertical gardens with the use of our organic fertilizer to grow vegetables for their subsistence use to meet the food requirements for their families.
We have also collaborated with DAIMA Trust Limited, the organization behind  Diversity and Inclusion Awards and Recognition (DIAR Awards) which champions diversity and promotes inclusion. As a result of our aim to embrace Diversity and Inclusivity, DAIMA Trust commended our work and got us involved in a number of their organized events and functions. In addition, we received the below recommendation letter to appreciate our valuable effort in addressing gender equality in our organization at the same time working with local communities by creating equal opportunities for all:
