Founded by an immigrant ten years ago, and located within a walking distance from a HUBZone, Emissol has hired to date male and female individuals having diverse ethnic backgrounds including Filipinos, Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese, Russian, Persians, Algerian (North African), Albanian and more. While working at Emissol, these associates have been integrated across a large and diverse variety of R&D activities in science and technology, including in high-fidelity mathematical modeling of complex chemical reactions, laboratory testing, product design, project management, customer support, and more. 

Emissol will continue to hire underrepresented employees across larger and diverse arrays of cultures, ethnicities and orientations, enabling those less privileged playing a stronger role in the common goal of resolving our climate challenge.
