Mission Statement:
Fabumin has developed a proprietary low-energy drying technology on- site in legume factories to dry their "waste water" (aquafaba) into functional egg powder replacers for industrial use. The powder (Fabumin) does exactly what an egg does: binds, foams and emulsifies. 1 Ton of Fabumin powder can replace 130,000 eggs
