Electric tractors and associated implements offer a more inclusive and less physically demanding approach, making it easier for women to actively participate in agricultural activities.

The technology transfer to Uganda empowers local communities, particularly women and youth, through skill development and employment opportunities. Training programs for the operation and maintenance of electric tractors and associated implements help enhance the capabilities of these communities, fostering economic growth and sustainability.

Moreover, the focus on climate-vulnerable communities aligns with the broader climate movement goals. The adoption of eco-friendly, electric farming equipment promotes sustainable practices, contributing to environmental resilience in regions prone to climate-related challenges.
