JUUNOO's pursuit of B Corp certification underscores their commitment to not just profit, but also purpose, meeting the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance. 

Yet, the challenge remains in attracting underrepresented demographics within the industry and our western region; we apply a positive discrimination policy at hiring but with limited results. 

Our second company principle is a testament to this challenge—valuing every individual equally and harnessing the unique contributions of each team member. The first company principle is that we need to create a sustainable and lasting impact on the world; the 3rd one is about scaling sales. This means that an excellent salesperson will be fired if he doesn't treat people equally or actively tries to slow down action to stop climate change (e.g. not wanting to drive electric)

We hire and fire for these values, creating a team aligned on the same principles and inspiring others to take this route.
