We are recruiting old men and women in the collection service, as well as young men who jobless in the town of Cameroon. By doing that we are showing that there is no any difference between people, no discrimation insite work. In the marketing area, we are working with Albino who are people very discriminated in the country to show that we are impartial. We are also using disabled people to sell our products. When we launch some campaign, we work with those people.

KEMIT ECOLOGY SARL is a industry whose mission is to fight against deforestation in Cameroon and Africa, by providing a clean and sustainable energy coming from organics wastes; fighting against unsanitary in the town and cities if Cameroon, then providing a low cost green energy for more than 11 millions.
