We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment and continuously enhancing our sourcing and hiring practices to be more inclusive. Presently, women constitute 37% of our leadership team. Additionally, we are dedicated to empowering and educating young individuals and students. In fact, not only approximately a quarter of our workforce consists of interns and working students, but we also actively participate in educational activities focused on Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) and Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) at ETH Zurich. Here, we share insights into our technology and the mineralization process with about 300 students each year.
Beyond our internal practices, our project offers intrinsic social benefits. Our technology's adaptability makes it suitable for deployment across diverse locations and industrial scenarios, particularly where there is a significant availability of demolition concrete, such as in Europe and North America. These regions, which are among the highest contributors to cumulative CO2 emissions, are prime targets for our method. Consequently, our project contributes to distributional equity in climate change mitigation efforts by focusing on countries that historically had the largest contributions to global emissions.

Mission Statement:

Limiting global warming implies reaching net zero CO2 emissions in 2050. This will only be possible by globally deploying carbon removal solutions at the gigatonne scale. Neustark is a leading provider in this field, having developed a solution to permanently store atmospheric CO2 in recycled mineral waste.
