Our commitment to empowering traditionally underrepresented groups is woven into the fabric of our project development. To ensure that those living near our deployment area fully understand the benefits and implications of our technology, we have been actively engaging with local communities through site visits. 

A community engagement consultant ensures sustained interaction, addressing unique cultural dynamics. We also invited youth representatives from the region to visit our factory and gain firsthand experience of our DAC technology at our production facility, fostering understanding and transparency.
 
Additionally, we are investing in the education of local school-going children, aiming to empower them and eventually provide employment opportunities within our project. We are committed to expanding educational opportunities, especially at the tertiary level, to equip individuals with sought-after skills for our project and broader employment prospects.
 
Collaborating with established NGOs, we are working on sinking a borehole to address the water crisis in the region. Beyond this, we plan on involving women and climate-vulnerable communities by setting up climate initiative lessons for climate-resistant plants/agriculture and income-generating skills like beading.

Internally, our team composition reflects our dedication to inclusivity—about 30% are women and over 70% are young people from diverse racial backgrounds.
