Taking into account young people, women, people with disabilities, minorities and disadvantaged groups in all project activities as planners, decision-making, implementation and monitoring-evaluation actors, beneficiaries and stakeholders, the project promotes speaking out and taking into account the needs of young people, women and vulnerable groups as well as their empowerment.

  Indeed, general village assemblies and community dialogues are held with vulnerable groups in order to give them a voice and take their needs and concerns into account in the design of the project and the planning of its activities.

And to give and strengthen power to those who are traditionally underrepresented, the OND sets up and operationalizes local project management committees, representation networks and multi-actor dialogue frameworks that participate in decision-making. , implementation and monitoring and evaluation of project activities at all levels.
