Owanga empowers traditionally underrepresented groups in the climate movement, particularly in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Nigeria. By designing and manufacturing our battery packs locally, we provide valuable job opportunities, with a focus on hiring women and youth, fostering inclusivity and skill development in these communities.

Our products, especially designed for affordability, bring power to those who traditionally couldn't afford it, breaking down barriers to energy access. This is critical in areas where unreliable power supply disproportionately affects the underprivileged, impacting their daily lives and economic opportunities.

Additionally, by targeting our services to healthcare facilities, we directly contribute to improving health outcomes in climate-vulnerable communities. Reliable power is essential for medical care, and our battery packs ensure that hospitals and clinics in remote or underserved areas can function effectively.

Through Owanga's work, we're not only addressing environmental concerns but also championing social justice by empowering marginalized groups, creating a more equitable and sustainable future.
