- Increasing farmers' capacity to use new and renewable energy, especially biogas, through awareness of the benefits of biogas, building biogas digesters, using biogas, and maintaining biogas digesters.
- Increase farmers' income through the use of livestock waste produced by biogas digester installations. This is achieved through training in making slurry fertilizer and using it in rice fields.
